Sarah Langdon

Sarah Langdon, is a young woman with a goal. Having earned an Honorable Mention in the 2021 competition, she continued her studies and we are proud to congratulate her as our SPOG 2nd place winner in 2022. Sarah Langdon is a senior at Blake High School in the Theater Department and has studied voice with Dr. Jonathan Bassett for over 7 years. She has performed as a soloist with the Florida College String ensemble and sang at workshops with the Florida College chorus. She has also participated in the National Association of Teachers of Singing local and regional competitions for five years and most recently placed 2nd in the 2020 Lower High School Classical Division. Along with these credits, she has been in “Les Misérables” as Cosette at CSA, “And The World Goes ‘Round” as a soloist and “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee” as Rona Peretti at Blake High School. Langdon will be attending Florida State University in the fall for a degree in music. She is extremely grateful for the opportunities provided by the St. Pete Opera Guild and would like to thank all of the educators in her life for all of their support throughout the years!!
